expanded more than expected in April, 52.9 Vs 52.4.
US Nonfarm Payrolls beat
consensus in April, 165k Vs 153k. March horrid figures were revised to 138k
from 88k. February figures were revised higher as well.
Factory orders in the US declined
more than expected in March, -4.0% Vs -2.8%.
Service ISM in the US expanded
less than expected in April, 53.1 Vs 54.0.

Over the weekend, China will
release its PMI composite.
Trades
US Stocks are rallying on the better
than expected employment figures. I wonder if this report will buck the “sell
in May” trend? Maybe it will, nevertheless I will pay attention to the
endurance of this rally post the jobs report.
